Partnership With a Foreign TV Network

Hi,

I'm interested to join but I'm currently working outside Philippines. And due to budget constraints, kindly advise if my entry is still eligible if I tie-up with a foreign TV network who will assist me in my editing & production works. If yes, acknowledging their name in the opening or closing billboard is acceptable or not? I hope it's OK for you as that's the only way I could "thank" & acknowledge them.

Enlisting aid from a production house is fine as long as the finished film itself becomes your intellectual property, as the film will be entered into the festival under your name.
